Our practice works on a membership model with three tiers: Basic ($75/month for 1 virtual visit), Plus ($150/month for 3 virtual visits), or Premium/Executive (with up to 8 virtual visits and an executive workup). The process begins with a free introductory call where I explain our personalized approach. If you decide to join, you’ll receive a complimentary onboarding call ($150 value) to establish your health baseline and create your personalized care plan. Additional 20 minute virtual visits are available for $75, and home visits for $150. These are introductory prices for a new practice.
