Membership Overview

Our practice operates on two models.  

The basic membership includes:

  • Free onboarding consultation

The plus membership includes:

  • Free onboarding consultation

The premium membership includes:

  • Free onboarding consultation

Cancellation

You can cancel your membership from the billing portal on your own, at any time. 

No future charges will be incurred upon cancellation.

Refund Policy

Monthly membership refund

If no services have been used (no onboarding calls, no appointments), membership will be 100% refunded for the month being requested.

If services have been used (onboarding calls,  appointments), monthly membership cannot be refunded. You can cancel future payments on your own from the billing portal. 

When trying to reinstate in the future, an onboarding will be required to understand the latest status and will not be provided free of charge. 

Annual Membership refund

If no services have been used (no onboarding calls, no appointments), annual membership will be refunded as follows.

Refund Eligibility – no services used:
  • 100% refund if requested within 30 days of payment

  • 75% refund if canceling within first quarter

  • 50% refund if canceling within second quarter

  • 25% refund if canceling within third quarter

  • No refund after 9 months of service

If services have been used (onboarding calls,  appointments), annual will be refunded as follows.

Refund Eligibility – when services availed:
  • 50% refund if canceling within first quarter
  • 25% refund if canceling within second quarter

  • No refund after 6 months of service

When trying to reinstate in the future, an onboarding will be required to understand the latest status and will not be provided free of charge.

Changes

Policy is subject to change with 30 days notice to all active members.
